Over the weekend, Hamwe East Africa was in Gulu as a part of the delegation by Citi Foundation to launch their Participatory Action Research Report on the Youth and Livelihoods in Northern Uganda. The Paramount Chief of Acholiland was in attendance as the chief guest of the colourful function. We also made some new friends and got a tour of a modern dairy operation.
